Shipping and Handling

Legendary Shop supports the following shipping methods. Not all shipping methods are available in all countries. Shipping costs vary depending on the order size/shipping method selected and the delivery desitnation. Click on View Cart to get an online quote of your shipping costs as your build your order. Package tracking is no longer available for any shipping option. Items shipped without insurance are shipped at the customer's own risk. Customers are responsible for payment of taxes and duties and other fees and surcharges related to the sale or importation of goods in your particular state or country.

  • EXPRESS
    Express orders are processed before all other orders. Express shipments are automaically insured and sent via the fastest postal method available to your destination country. All items are shipped in sturdy cardboard envelopes and are held in waterproof protective bags.

  • STANDARD
    Standard orders are processed before all ECONOMY orders. Insurance is optional for Standard shipping. All items are shipped in waterproof protective bags and standard envelopes.

  • ECONOMY
    Economy packages are processed after EXPRESS and STANDARD orders. All items are shipped in waterproof protective bags and standard envelopes.

Target delivery days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery to other areas or where your item is dutiable or is held in customs may take a little longer. Deliveries during holiday periods are also subject to delays.

If your parcel is returned to us because the shipping address you provided was incorrect or if you have ordered Express and you are not able to receive the parcel from the delivery agent after two attempts at delivery, the parcel will be returned to us and will incur a return fee. To arrange re-shipment, we will require payment of the return fee and re-shipping fee if you wish to re-try shipment.

Status

You can view the status your orders online via the Legendary Order Status System. You will be emailed a link to your order status page when you first place your order.

Online shipment tracking is no longer available.

Privacy Statement

None of your personal details will be disclosed to any third parties. You will only ever receive emails from us in connection with your Legendary Shop orders. We hate spam and never send it out. Your credit card information is solely handled by PayPal and/or Western Union and is not stored at Legendary.

Returns

If you did not receive what you ordered, we will either ship the correct items to you or offer you a credit. Send back the incorrect items (along with the packing slip.) The correct items will be dispatched without additional freight charges, and you will receive a credit for freight you incurred.

Lost or Damaged goods

Legendary Shop will endeavor to handle claims of lost or damaged goods within 30 days of the date of order. Legendary Shop will only compensate for lost goods when the items have been shipped Express or have been insured.

Availability

The available qty on hand displayed on the web page is indicative. We will inform you if we are of out of stock on any item.

Price

All prices quoted on Legendary are in US Dollars. Prices will change from time to time.

Editions

Legendary Shop no longer inventories specific editions. This is a measure to reduce the immense overhead of managing a 150,000 card stock. Because of this new measure we are able to reduce our costs even further. Orders are compiled by the type of card back in question, (and other significant variations, such as special printings and foils.) Orders will be filled from any edition with the card back or variation corresponding to the item orderd. If specific editions are required or variations that are not listed, please email us prior to placing your order. A full list of editions (with card backs indicated) is available in the FAQ.

Minimum and maximum order value

For PayPal orders, the minimum order value is $10.00; even if you have store credit, to process through PayPal you must charge at least $10.00 For Western Union orders, the minimum order value is $20.00. Any Western Union fees are charged by Western Union in addition to this amount. Maximum order limits may be imposed by PayPal or Western Union based on your status with them.

Credits

If you have been given a credit code, enter this at the bottom of your shopping cart to redeem the credit. Credits can only be redeemed once. Credits are not refundable for cash. You can give your credit code to another person to allow them to gain the credit on their next order. To purchase, combine or enquire about credit codes, visit Credit Code Manangement.

Credit card issues/fraud

We will assist you whereever possible if you find any suspicious use of your PayPal account. Legendary does not handle your credit card information or other personal details. This is directly stored on your PayPal account. Please refer to PayPal for your credit card and payment related issues.

Discounts

If you only ever purchase over US$50 at a time you will qualify for a discount. Please contact us for details.

Dispute resolution

Legendary Shop is a member of SquareTrade(R). We will try our utmost to work out any disputes or issues related to your orders. SquareTrade is an independent third-party who can assist with dispute resolution.
