• Q: Why PayPal/Western Union?
• A: I use facilities like PayPal and Western Union because they help to reduce administration costs and reduce the chance of fraud. Because of that we can offer lowest possible singles prices.

• Q: Can I order by Phone or by Email?
• A: We only accept orders via the shopping cart system on our website. Phone and email orders are very time consuming to process, and we want to keep our prices as low as possible.

• Q: Can I request specific editions and foils in my order?
• A: Yes. Select the edition from the order page. Note that some cards are marked with "ALL" as an edition. Currently users cant order specific printings for these cards. For more information on editions, refer to the Terms and Conditions.

• Q: Where do the prices come from?
• A: The Legendary index program "Kumo" indexes the web and completed auctions to assess the market value of a card. The software then creates the price list based on this and the availability score (demand) for the card. The greater the market value and the greater the demand the higher the price, and vice versa. So you will notice the singles prices in Legendary Shop continually changing to meet the market. For more information on prices, refer to the Terms and Conditions.

• Q: Can I pay directly from my bank account?
• A: Yes, if you have a Virtual Cheque facility with PayPal. Note that virtual cheques take four business days to clear. For more information on payments, refer to the Terms and Conditions.

• Q: When do I pay?
• A: When we receive payment from you, we will ship your cards. This is true for either PayPal or Western Union. Note that Western Union money transfers can take 5 days or more to process. PayPal is usually instantaneous. For more information on payments, refer to the Terms and Conditions.

• Q: Can I reserve cards?
• A: If you want to reserve cards that have come into stock then use the shipping option 'Do not ship. Reserve until next order' on your shopping cart. If you select this, the items you ordered in your cart will be put aside until we receive the next order from you that you want to be shipped. You can make multiple reservation orders and we will ship them all together in one parcel when you place your final order.

• Q: Do you accept Credit Cards / other payment methods (eg WorldPay)?
• A: You can pay by all major credit cards via PayPal. You can also pay by Western Union if you don't have a PayPal account. We currently do not support other payment processors such as Worldpay and Billpoint. Please let us know if this is a problem. For more information on payments, refer to the Terms and Conditions.

• Q: How do I make a Western Union money transfer?
• A:
• When you place a Western Union order with us, you will be emailed detailed instructions on how to send the money transfer.

• Q: Do you want to buy singles or collections?
• A: I prefer to buy large sets of cards or collections with mostly rare and desirable uncommons. That way I can minimise on freight costs. Check out the list of cards including their current retail prices.

• Q: I'm having problems with the shopping cart: It doesn't work or forgets my orders.
• A: The shopping cart requires that your browser support Cookies. These allow the cart to remember the items you've selected and your order preferences (shipping location, shipping type etc.)
